Join us for Pied Piper Theatre's 2026 Devised Intensive - Medusa & Circe:  an Odyssey

Medusa & Circe:  An Odyssey is this year's devised piece directed once again, by Alex Mills and Ashton Schaffer.  This production will bring the wonders and trials of Greek mythology to life through the imaginations of its young performers.  Filled with creativity, humor and heart, this collaborative adventure invites audiences to experience timeless myths reimagined through the voices of a new generation.

Rehearsals will be Tuesdays and Thursday's from 5:30-7:30 pm beginning March 17.  There will be no rehearsals on Marich 31 or April 2.

Tech week will begin on Monday, May 11 and run May 11, May 12, May 13 and 14.

There will be three ticketed performances on May 15, 16 and 17 in the Wind River Theater at the ARTfactory.

What is a devised theatrical piece?  Devising theatre is a powerful and engaging genre that encourages young students to take active role in the creative process.  Our students will use the description above as inspiration to create an original production from the ground up.

Class members will receive two complimentary tickets to be used on the performance of their choice.

Lion King Jr runs from June 8-June June 28.  The first week will be held from 5:30-8:30 pm The second and third week will be held at the Gregory Family Theater in the Hylton Performing Arts Center  Performances will be held at the Hylton Performing Arts Center on Friday, June 26 at 7, June 28 at 10 and 2 and June 29 at 2 pm.

 THERE WILL BE NO REHEARSALS THE WEEK OF JUNE 30-July 4

Diary of a Wimpy Kid runs from July 6-July 25 from 9 am - 3 pm at the ARTfactory.  The hours will be 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday. 

There are three performances:  Friday, July 24 at 7 pm, Saturday, July 25 at 10 am and 2 pm  Tuition includes a tshirt and two complimentary tickets.

Tuition may be paid in one lump sum of $1,300 or ($1,105 with Membership) or may be divided as follows:

$325 Non-Refundable Deposit will secure your spot.  Due by January 15.

Payment #2 Due by February 16.

Payment #3 Due by March 16.

Payment #4 Due by April 16.

This is a three week intensive beginning on June 8 and running through June 28. 

Please note, the first week of this intensive will be held in the evenings Monday through Thursday from 5:30-8:30 at the ARTfactory. 

Beginning Monday, June 15, the hours will be 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in the Gregory Family Theater. 

There are four performances:  June 26 at 7 pm, June 27 at 10 am and 2 pm and Sunday, June 28 at 2 pm.  Tuition includes a tshirt and two complimentary tickets.

Tuition may be paid in one lump sum ($700 or $595 with Membership) or may be divided as follows:

$200 Non-Refundable Deposit will secure your spot.  Due by January 15.
